[p]Greetings fellow chaotic golf enjoyers! We have been silent on demo updates while getting the full version ready for our release on 3 November. [p]Greetings fellow chaotic golf enjoyers! We are happy to announce that Super Serious Golf will be officially Steam Deck ready at launch. From the get go, we wanted it to be a joy to play on a controller and that plan has held firm. So if you're looking for a great game to sit back on the couch and enjoy solo or online with friends, you've come to the right place ːsteamhappyː[/p][p][/p][p][/p]

[h2]Major Changes[/h2]

• [p]Emote selection added to the appearance menu.[/p]
• [p]Color selection added to the appearance menu.[/p]
• [p]New King of the Hill Map.[/p]
• [p]Players disconnecting or leaving a match will be replaced with bots.[/p]
• [p]New Powerup: C4.[/p]
• [p]Whack-A-Crate now has golden and explosive crates to watch out for.[/p]
• [p]Added advanced match settings including: Bot difficulty, hit power, movement speed, disable jump.[/p]

[p][/p][h2]Minor Fixes and Changes[/h2]

• [p]Improved bot behaviour.[/p]
• [p]Fixed a bug where players could be eliminated twice in a row.[/p]
• [p]Added extra VFX to epic and legendary hats.[/p]
• [p]Improved player name rendering.[/p]
• [p]Added new emotes.[/p]
• [p]Fixed a bug where highlighted important players would not show while in rock form.[/p]
• [p]Fixed a bug where powerups would not be removed on elimination.[/p]
• [p]Improved host start procedure.[/p]

Simply head over to the store page to get access ːsteamhappyː[/p][p][/p][h2]What The Demo Brings[/h2][p]We have been hard at work preparing a sample set of minigames for the demo that are full of chaos and laughter. The current minigames in rotation are:[/p]

• [p]Pass The Bomb - Bump into other players to pass a bomb to them before it explodes. The last player standing wins the hole.[/p]
• [p]Capture The Flag - Grab the flag and hold onto it as long as possible. Bumping into other players passes the flag to them.[/p]
• [p]Road Rage - Race to the top of a hilly arena while avoiding the falling debris. Gain points for making it further up the hill.[/p]
• [p]Hungry Hungry Golf Cart - Don't touch the hungry golf cart! The last player standing wins the hole.[/p]
• [p]King Of The Hill - Stay within the highlighted zones to earn points. Keep an eye out for the zone moving.[/p]
• [p]Sumo - Bump other players off the course to gain points.[/p]
• [p]Whack-A-Crate - Bump into crates to break them and gain points. Break as many as you can before the time runs out.[/p]
• [p]Boom Ridge - Avoid explosive crates and survive as long as you can.[/p]
• [p]Hide And Seek - Take turns being the seeker. Bump into other players to blow them up and gain points.[/p]

[p][/p][p]Along with these 9 minigames to explore, we have a bunch of new features from the Playtest:[/p]

• [p]Daily Objectives - Come back each day and complete a series of objectives. Finishing these will unlock a new cosmetic.[/p]
• [p]New Cosmetics - We have added a ton of new trails and hats to unlock.[/p]
• [p]Powerups - Explore each minigame and look for powerups to give you the upper hand.[/p]

[p][/p][h2]How The Demo Will Evolve[/h2][p]We will continue to update the demo until the November full launch. It will be limited to 9 minigames at a time with a consistent rotation to keep things fresh! Don't worry, this is only the beginning of the Super Serious Golf Demo.[/p]
