Spear fishing prototype and reactive water

– fish movement
– player movement
– thrown objects like spears or rocks[/p][p]It’s intentionally hard to hit a moving fish - especially with imprecise tools and physical aiming. But when it works, it feels earned.[/p][p]This is still early and rough: some visual bugs remain, the spear is a placeholder, and wave settings need adjustment.
