Hello fellows, here is our first update after DLC release!

What is fixed:
- Several mistakes in German stamps.
- Couple localization issues.
- "Сhancellor" (75 stamps) achievement bug.
- Sound of Berlin Wall crush is quieter now.
- Trains explosions on level 5_3 bug.

- New achievements!
- Levels names.
- Additional optimisations.
- Full-screen money bug fixed (thanks to @MAGIC CONCH).
