It's a week-long event hosted by Steam celebrating game demos, and the demo for Mari's Magical Deliveries is taking part in it![/p][p][/p][p]We recently updated the demo for the Fall in Love Festival, so give it a try if you haven't already.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Our other otome game Crimson Waves on the Emerald Sea: Amaranthine Moon is also part of the Steam Next Fest. [p]Happy September! This month I've been working on a brand new demo build for Mari's Magical Deliveries, as the old one was lacking in a lot of the features and artwork for the final game.[/p][p][/p][p]This new demo showcases the new character artwork, various GUI improvements, and most importantly...[/p][p][/p][p]...the delivery mechanics! They're finally able to be seen in the demo. [p]August has been a busy month—the Kickstarter for Crimson Waves on the Emerald Sea: Amaranthine Moon is nearing the end and we’ve made a lot of progress across different games. Today I wanted to show some of that for Mari’s Magical Deliveries, a game jam proof of concept that we’re finishing this year.[/p][p][/p][h2]Make Deliveries to Fall in Love[/h2][p]In Mari’s Magical Deliveries, you play as Mari, a college aged witch. The previous key arts all had Mari somewhat obscured, looking over the town, but the new key art shows her fully.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The plot revolves around Mari helping her father’s delivery business. He now has a brand new sprite, to better match the rest of the cast.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]You’ll get to pick which deliveries you make, with 3 of the return customers being her love interests. The delivery screen is almost done and this is what it looks like, with new character and icon artworks.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Meet Lots of Side Characters[/h2][p]Alongside delivering packages to potential love interests, there’s a lot of side characters for Mari to meet as well!
