To avoid having to rush out a “Day 1 patch,” followed by a “Day 2 patch,” and so on (turning players into unpaid testers), we decided to move the release date to November 7, 2025.[/p][p]I hope you’ll stick with us until then![/p][p]There’s also good news! We’ve managed to resolve the issue of transferring saves from the first Heroines of Swords & Spells. A patch will be released soon along with detailed instructions on how to carry over your saves. Those who want to try the feature can already test save transfers in the Heroines of Swords & Spells 2 demo. The demo includes the full story of the first part (excluding the "Green Furries" DLC). This means: you should only buy the original game for Steam cards, achievements, or to support the developer — thank you for your help!

The new content in Heroines of Swords and Spells 2 will take about 2–3 hours (out of total 50), but it promises to be packed with action and showcase how much the game has evolved since the release of the first part.

Overall, completing the demo will take around 10 hours — 8 hours from the first act and 2 hours from the second. For longtime fans wanting to “refresh their memory,” this demo is the perfect way to do so. The developer eagerly awaits your feedback, criticism, and suggestions!

Save transfer from the demo to the full version will be supported. However, save compatibility between parts is not guaranteed, so the demo is a great opportunity to replay the story from the start.
