Roadmap for 2026

[p]Hello everyone,
[/p][p]First of all, I’d like to thank you for your enthusiasm and support regarding the Early Access release of Shattered Dreams: Redemption.

Today, I want to present the roadmap for Shattered Dreams: Redemption for the year 2026. These are estimates and deadlines I’ve set for myself, but delays or unforeseen issues may still happen. That said, believe me—I’ll do my best to stick to this schedule.

A small clarification before we begin: version 1.0 will not be the final content update. I don’t yet know what number the final version will have, but I’m certain it won’t be version 1.0.

Late February / Early March 2026:
Release of version 0.6a — this update will add a scene that couldn’t be completed in time for the Steam release, as well as in-game achievements.

May / June 2026:
Release of version 0.7 — this will be a standard content update, expected to include around 900–1000 renders and at least ten scenes.
[/p][p]October 2026:
Release of version 0.8 — another standard content update, also expected to include around 900–1000 renders and at least ten scenes.

Thank you for reading, and I wish you all a great day!

Slight delay for the release of Shattered Dreams: Redemption (February 4, 2026)

[p]Hello everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]Please excuse me, but the release of Shattered Dreams: Redemption will be postponed by one week, to February 4, 2026.[/p][p]
Steam’s review team rejected the build because its content would include frequent sexual scenes/nudity. Despite my attempts, I unfortunately didn’t receive a clear explanation as to why the term “frequent” was used, considering we’re looking at a ratio of 7 scenes out of 100 containing sexual content or nudity.[/p][p][/p][p]As a result, I updated the game’s classification to frequent sexual content/nudity and submitted the build for approval again. Since that was the only blocking issue, I hope a quick resolution will be found.[/p][p][/p][p]I’m sincerely sorry for these issues. In mid-2025, when I spoke with Steam support about their definition of “frequent,” I didn’t seem to be concerned given such a scene ratio—but things have changed so much over the past few months that I got caught off guard, and that is entirely my fault.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you for reading, and have a great day,[/p][p]Nebula Dreams[/p]

The demo is available!

[p]Hello everyone![/p][p]With a bit of delay compared to what I had planned but just in time for the Neo Fest, the demo is finally here, available for download on the Steam page.[/p][p]The demo contains version 0.1 and half of version 0.2 and includes a French translation.[/p][p]It will be available until November 10th on Steam so that you can test it as much as you want.[/p][p]If you encounter any technical issues, don’t hesitate to let me know![/p][p]Thank you for reading, I wish you a great discovery and see you next time![/p]

Roadmap until the Steam release

[p]Hello everyone![/p][p]Today I want to share with you the development roadmap for Shattered Dreams: Redemption over the next few months, all the way to its release on Steam.[/p][p]I can officially announce that the early access release on Steam is scheduled for January 28, 2026.[/p][p](This date will not change unless a major issue arises, and if that happens, I will inform you in advance.)[/p][p]Now, here is the roadmap, with each step listed in chronological order:[/p]
  • [p]Release of a new trailer before the October Steam Neo Fest[/p]
    • [p]This will be the official trailer for the early access release of Shattered Dreams: Redemption.[/p]
  • [p]October Steam Neo Fest – From October 13 to October 20[/p]
    • [p]Shattered Dreams: Redemption will participate in the October Neo Fest, where you’ll be able to try out the free SFW demo on Steam.[/p]
    • [p]The demo will go live a few days before the Neo Fest begins and will remain available for one month.[/p]
  • [p]Steam build preparation[/p]
  • [p]Steam release (version 0.6) on January 28, 2026[/p]
  • [p]Release of Version 0.7 after the Steam release[/p]
    • [p]Ideally, it will come out in February.[/p]
[p]That’s the plan for the next few months — there’s a lot to prepare for the Steam launch.[/p][p]The Steam release is really important to me and to the game, and that’s why I keep repeating it: [/p][p]The best way to support the game is to wishlist it on Steam if you haven’t already, or to talk about it to your friends.[/p][p]Whether it’s one or the other, don’t hesitate — those small actions help a lot![/p][p]That’s all for this post. Before I go, I want to thank you once again for all the support you give the game — you have no idea how much it means to me.[/p][p]With that said, see you next time ![/p]

Some information about what's coming for Shattered Dreams: Redemption

[p]Hello everyone,

I wanted to share a few updates about what’s coming in the next few months for the game leading up to its Early Access release.

First of all, barring any last-minute issues, I’ll be participating in the Steam Next Fest this October, where you’ll be able to try out the game’s demo—months ahead of its official release. I’m really looking forward to your first impressions, and I hope the demo will give you a taste of what’s to come in Early Access!

Next, development is progressing at a solid pace. The plan is for the game to launch in Early Access with version 0.7 (note: version 1.0 won’t be the final version—there will be a 1.1, 1.2, and so on). As of now, I’ve just begun work on version 0.5, and everything is right on schedule. At the end of this post, you’ll find a few preview images from version 0.4 and 0.5.

Lastly, the current trailer will be updated in the coming months—ideally before the Steam Next Fest, but if not, sometime in November or December.

That’s all for now! I’ll try to post updates every month or two to keep you informed on the progress as we move closer to the Early Access launch.

Have a great day![/p][p][/p]
