New game in development - demo out now

[p]Since this is my most popular game, it makes sense to use it to promote any upcoming stuff.[/p][p]Anyways, here's a little gift to begin 2026 with a good dose of surreal horror...[/p][p][/p][p]"Kuentame", a bizarre, top-down, bullet hell platformer about someone who doesn't desire connection, in a world in which everything is connected.[/p][p][/p][p]This one is a big deal for me since I've decided to try out a pre-rendered 3D artstyle instead of relying on edited stock images/photos. Don't worry, it still has that Apehardware trademark... style... mood... thing... it looks weird but kinda cool.[/p][p]The demo is out now on a separate Steam page, consider wishlisting and leaving a review:[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]

New palettes & Odiumfloreo release

[p]To promote the release of Odiumfloreo's Steam version, S3 now has 2 new color palettes based on the exploration and boss sections:

These will be unlocked once you buy and open the game. The already existing Odiumfloreo palette will remain linked to the free jam version.

Another one of my jam games is getting an Steam version

[p]The S3 Steam release went fairly well, so I've been considering making another updated version of a jam project. After plenty of doubts, the chosen one was "Odiumfloreo".[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p]This game started out from the remarkably dumb idea of "How would a fusion of FNaF and Enviro Bear 2000" be like? I eventually got to implement this concept for a game jam, with the result being this short sit-and-survive experience in which you fend off surreal monsters by throwing physics-based objects.[/p][p][/p][p]After coming back to it, I noticed the base idea was easy to expand into wacky mechanics, so I got to work on a Steam version. Whereas game jam Odiumfloreo was only 5 levels long, Steam Odiumfloreo will have 18 levels (15 of which are already finished by the time of writing this), featuring new mechanics and dangers.[/p][p]Not only that, but this new version will have brand new "point-and-click" segments between the normal levels. The original's almost non-existent plot will be expanded greatly upon, adding more surrealism, paganism, satanism and satire of the current state of the Internet.[/p][p][/p][p]I'm aiming for a Halloween release, let's hope Murphy's law doesn't show up.[/p]

New color palettes

Added 2 new color palettes for free jam projects made after the game.

T: (M, E, A): an apolitical coordinate-determined turn-based rpg about decolonising the Sakha Republic with shamanism and abstract violence.

DESTROZALTRI: an apolitical bullet hell boss rush about destroying the Altri company and burning down their pulp factory project in Galicia, with links to a real protest movement.

Bugfix

Fixed a bug that caused the player to move left if they tried backing into a wall during the final level.
