Another round of playtests starts... today!

[p]This round is an important one, as it covers all the changes we've made over the past month - mainly some big efforts to burn down the tech debt from the prototyping stage. ๐Ÿ”ฅ We basically reworked the entire technical backend of the game! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ[/p][p][/p][p]You can head to the game's Steam page and check it out right now :)[/p][p][/p][p]Hereโ€™s a list of the main changes: [/p]
  • [p]Complete rework of the interaction system - mainly picking up, placing, movement, collision handling, and stacking of objects (+toggle snap (Space), +quest handling rework, +trashbox/savebox changes);[/p]
  • [p]Object context switching (at the moment mostly wall objects - wall placement);[/p]
  • [p]Tasks UI rework: hide finished tasks, but still show their "stars";[/p]
  • [p]Conversation history (aka dialogue log);[/p]
  • [p]Ability to interact while moving objects (e.g. opening drawers etc.);[/p]
  • [p]Options panel rework (new options available) + options now also in the main menu;[/p]
  • [p]Cursor icon rework (more precise cursors โ€“ mocap but fair);[/p]
  • [p]MMB camera movement restored.[/p]
