Hotfix patch

The following has been resolved;

• Loose Wagon's final boss could be controlled with the arrow keys.
  
• Invisible "block" that could destroy your bullet seemingly for no reason on NG+ during a boss fight.
  
• Some stage-confining collisions were not set right.
  
• Depending on your gamepad, using the joystick for movement could cause you to "lock up" when crouching.
