Steam Deck & UI Updates

[p]This update improves the UI for smaller resolutions and adds some additional support to help the game run on Steam Deck.[/p]
  • [p]Updated Godot engine to 4.6[/p]
  • [p]Added on-screen buttons for all game actions to support touch[/p]
  • [p]Updated how turn phases are displayed and which will be consumed by an action[/p]
  • [p]Tweaked layout to support Steam Deck 800px height[/p]
  • [p]Added camera pan (WSAD/arrows/middlemouse), tilt (with shift), zoom (QE/mouse wheel)[/p]
  • [p]Added fullscreen toggle (F12)[/p]
[p]No new cards in this update, but I am collecting ideas for the next content drop.[/p][p]A Linux / Deck build was "coming soon", but the feedback has been that the game runs fine under proton. Convenient for a solo dev! An "official" Linux build with support listed in the store is still on the cards, but for now:[/p]
  • [p]Added initial config for Deck touch controls[/p]
  • [p]Deck launches in fullscreen by default[/p]
  • [p]Cross-platform multiplayer[/p]
[p]Valve recommends using FSR with a lower render scale to save battery. Fancy lighting will also use a fair bit less power. Options are in settings.[/p]
