📱🚴 DevLog #4: Phone, Bike, and Global Journey! 🗺️🛣️
Hello, travelers! 🧭👣🚗
Two weeks of intensive work have passed since the last DevLog, and we are getting closer and closer to the big moment: the release of our demo. This DevLog is special because I will show you how we are preparing the game for its first presentation. The last month has been all about polishing the details, optimising and... adding a bicycle to the game! Yes, you heard right.
Life on two wheels🚲
I know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting this. Your character is not just a driver! I have just implemented a complete cycling system.

🔹 Why a bicycle?
You will need it for missions. Imagine: you can now leave your camper in the car park and set off on two wheels into the city or to the lake to run your errands.

🔹 Small but spacious:
The bicycle will not only make it easier for you to get around, but also allow you to transport items. You can put the battery on the luggage rack or pack everything that fits into the basket!
Big world, small fixes 🌍🛠️
Working on the game isn't just about adding new features, but also constantly improving existing ones. This stage involves a whole host of fixes and refinements that will make the gameplay smooth and enjoyable.

🔹 Phone and storyline:
I added a new storyline involving a cell phone. Your buddy will call you at key moments, and thanks to the phone answering system, the game will become even more realistic.

🔹 Mission log:
I've improved the quest system by adding a new, clear menu to the mission log, so you'll never get lost in the maze of tasks.

🔹 UI and optimization:
I focused on improving the main menu and loading screen. We added useful tips and changed the colors of the world to make everything more vivid and cheerful.
A global journey in one click 🌍📍
Our game is going global! That means it has to be accessible to everyone, regardless of language.

🔹 Translations:
I've translated the entire game—dialogues, missions, tutorials, and descriptions—into eight languages! The system will automatically set the language of your operating system, but just in case, there will be a globe icon in the menu that you can use to easily change it.
Just a moment more... 🔜⏳
I'm finalizing the last tests and preparing to publish the first demo, which will include one adventure episode. I've added special video tutorials so that everyone knows what to do right away. It's the last stretch before we set off on the real journey!

Thank you for your support, and see you in the next DevLog... or maybe even in the game itself?

DevLog #3: Engine, Hunger, and... Toilet! 🚽
Hello, travelers!
If you thought that the only things to worry about on the road were changing tires and refueling, in this DevLog I'll show you how deeply I've delved into the details to make your journey even more realistic and... well, human. This month has been a record-breaking busy one – I've focused on the interior of your vehicle and the character you'll be driving.
🚗 The heart of your camper: The engine system 🚚
Rebuilding the engine was one of the biggest challenges. I created the entire engine compartment with a working hood that you can open and close. And underneath it... the real fun begins!

🔹 Operating fluids: I've introduced an oil and coolant leak system. From now on, you'll need to monitor their levels with a special dipstick and top them up to keep the engine running smoothly. And when you're at the gas station, don't forget to throw a few bottles of oil and coolant into your cart!

🔹 Realistic wear and tear: The condition of the engine and its components directly affects its power and vibration. The worse the condition, the more smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe. This does not affect handling, but you have to take care of the appearance!

🔹 New parts and repairs: Damaged or worn components, such as spark plugs or ignition systems, can be purchased at a store and installed to restore your car to its former glory.
😃 Finding yourself on a journey 😊
I wanted you to feel like you were caring for a living character, not just a car. After all, we all have our needs, right?

🔹 Hunger and thirst system: I've introduced a hunger and thirst system that monitors your needs. You'll find food and drinks such as burgers and cans of soda in the store. I don't know about you, but my stomach is already growling!

🔹 Physiology and toilets: This is a game about realism, so this aspect couldn't be left out. I added a bladder and bowel system, and at the gas station I created a real bathroom with working doors and sounds. In the future, your camper will also have a portable toilet that you will need to empty at stations. Politely, of course!

🔹 New interactions: All animations related to eating, drinking, opening doors, or washing cars have been significantly improved, and a meter has been added to the car wash to show you how much it costs to wash your car.
What's next?🕵
This DevLog is just the tip of the iceberg. The list of changes is huge, and this is just one step towards creating a truly immersive adventure.
Thank you for your support, and see you in the next DevLog! Until then, take care of yourselves and your cars!

DevLog #2: In the workshop and on the road!
DevLog #2: In the workshop and on the road! 🔧⛽️
[p][/p][p][/p][p]Hello travelers![/p][p]Another month of hard work has passed, and your peaceful adventure on the road is becoming more and more realistic and demanding. In this DevLog, I want to show you what we've managed to implement to make you feel life on the road even more intensely.[/p][p][/p]
Real challenges of a mechanic
[p][/p][p][/p][p]One of our main goals was to expand the vehicle mechanics. Now your car isn't just a means of transportation, but a true companion that needs to be looked after.[/p]
 • [p]Tire Replacement: We've added car jacks and lifts. You can now lift your car yourself and, in the event of a breakdown, change the wheel
. This is a key element that adds realism and exposes you to real challenges on the road.[/p][p]Damage System: We've introduced a vehicle damage system. Collisions and accidents now have real consequences—damage is mainly a visual aspect that makes your car look worn out from the road. You can replace damaged parts with new ones to restore its former glory.[/p][p]Service at the station: At gas stations you can now buy repair parts and refuel your vehicle or canister. This allows you to strategically plan your journey and prepare for any eventuality.[/p][p][/p]
Life on the Edge of Law and Purity
[p]Although the game focuses on Have a peaceful journey, the world has its own rules.[/p]
 • [p]Police and fines: We have launched a police and fines system. It operates on the principle of theft prevention. Be careful not to leave the gas station without paying for the fuel, parts, or water at the car wash.[/p]
[p][/p]
 • [p]Car wash: After a long journey the car may look unattractive. We have introduced a car wash and car washing system so that you can take care of the appearance of your car.[/p]
[p][/p]
Moving around the world
[p]The world The game is growing, so making navigation easier for you has become crucial.[/p]
 • [p]Minimap: We've added a minimap, which makes it much easier to navigate the world, locate gas stations, cities, and other important points.[/p]
What's next?
[p]These changes are just the beginning! I can already reveal that in DevLog #3 we'll cover engine maintenance, breakdowns, operating fluids, and the hunger system..
