Its over 9000 (Gamblers)!

[p]Hello everyone! Gamblers Table just hit over 9000 concurrent players, which is ... just incredible. Thank you so much for playing our game and sharing all your feedback, kind words and ideas with us![/p][p][/p][p]At the moment, we are trying to fix all sorts of little problems and bugs that you guys encountered and reported. Here is a quick overview of some of the latest changes: [/p]
  • [p]We uploaded a first balance patch that adjusted some overpowered builds (oxidation) and buffed the weaker ones[/p]
  • [p]The Visitor now has a prominent effect around it to make him much easier to spot on a cluttered screen[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a problem that prevented some achievements from being unlocked[/p]
  • [p]Fixed silver coins not being triggered by platinum coins[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a game crashing bug[/p]
  • [p]Advanced audio settings are coming in an upcoming patch as well, so you can specifically reduce the sound of coins[/p]
  • [p]Right now, we are focused on fixing an issue regarding cloud saving that can lead to save files being lost. We have already contacted the Steam Support and are waiting on their response. If you are affected by this, please contact me privately and I'll recreate your save file to the best of my abilities. We are incredibly sorry about this![/p]
[p][/p][p]Besides that, we are collecting all your suggestions for new features, quality of life improvements and balance changes and will try to implement as many as possible. Please keep them coming![/p][p][/p][p]We've received so much amazing feedback via discord and steam and we already surpassed 300 reviews which is an absolutely incredible amount! If you haven't yet reviewed Gamblers Table on Steam, you can review it here. It is the best way to support the development of the game and would really make a difference to us! Lets go for the 400![/p][p][/p][p]Lastly I would like to stress that we are extremely grateful to everyone who joined this community, played the game, uploaded their own cool hats and is just part of all of this. The last two days have been absolutely insane! Fix: Stability Update

  • [p]Some people were experiencing crashes late into the game. I may have identified a possible issue and hope that this resolves the problem for the people affected. Please let me know.[/p]
  • [p]This change should also improve performance in the later stages of the game[/p][p][/p]

Minor Fix: Cloud Saving

  • [p]Applied a change that should hopefully resolve issues with cloud saving. Let me know if you run into any issues. Remember that you can always additionally save your savefile to a text file via the options menu to back it up - aswell as load it from there[/p]

Patch Notes

  • [p]A lot of you were frustrated about "Oxidation" being way too overpowered and we heard you. The multiplier of "Oxidation" has been set to 3000[/p]
  • [p]We have also reduced the requirement needed for skill points as a lot of you rightfully mentioned that it takes too long[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several bugs regarding jittery popups and notifications[/p]
  • [p]Updated localization and fixed some translation issues[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug in which the achievement "Building an army" was given at 16 helpers instead of 15 helpers[/p]

[h2]Gamblers Table has just released![/h2][p]We are super thankful to all the feedback, suggestions, bug-reports, ideas, playtesters and demo-players we've gotten over this past exciting year.[/p][p]In case you already played the demo, you can import your progress but we highly recommend to start a new game because we updated the early-mid game with new skills and you would just skip a lot of that new content by importing your save file.[/p][p]Speaking of demo, let's go over some of the changes and differences you can expect in comparison to the demo version. We've also added some new changes that we'll announce here. [/p][p][/p][h3]Several new tables with new effects
