Patch Notes #1 - Renovation, New Characters and Much More!
Hi dear Gravediggers!
I’m charlermaster from the development team of Zombie Graveyard Simulator.
First of all – a massive thank you to over 20,000 people who have played the game so far!
As we inch closer to release, we’ve just pushed a new update for the Prologue that includes some of the changes we talked about in our latest Development Update on the main game page.
Here’s a quick summary of what’s now available to try:
🔨 Renovation System – Build Your Graveyard, Your Way
In the earlier versions of the game, your graveyard was basically handed to you clean, tidy, and ready to go. Now all areas start locked and rundown. You need to pay to unlock them and renovate before using!
Once renovated, these stations actually matter!

One perfect example is the Chapel’s new donation box. It will now generate income based on your graveyard’s decoration and cleanliness level. The better you maintain your graveyard, the more generous your visitors will be. You’ll also notice new visitor behaviors and actions unique to these spaces.
🧍♀️ New Character Models – No More Clones!
Let’s be honest, we all noticed it. The old character models looked like they were from the same extended family… or military squad.

We’ve introduced a whole new set of character models, with both male and female designs, a variety of faces, hairstyles, clothing, and colors. The graveyard now feels more alive and diverse, just like it should.
You can check out our Development Update for all details! For now here’s the full list of what’s packed into this update:
✨ New Stuff

🐞 Bug Fixes
