Post Launch Roadmap

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has already jumped into the game on launch day! The whole team are sat watching your streams, comments and posts with huge smiles on our faces. THANK YOU![/p][p]
So, let's talk post about launch content.[/p][p]
As a statement sounds way more serious than I'd like. Like I've asked you to "take a seat" or "can I have a quick word?". I don't know why I'm explaining this now, you can clearly see the image below. Let's just focus on that and what's written under it. This is like a secret little bit that only we've read! Wait, is this bonus content? No. But this is![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We will have at least two months of free updates and content coming out with two new campaigns coming out next week! I'm particularly excited about the daily challenge mode as I've seen some of the stuff the team is testing out and it's...well, you'll see.

Again, thank you all so much for supporting our little gremlin of a game and if you've enjoyed it please leave a review. They let the steam robot know people like it and that maybe others will as well!

[/p][p]"This is one of the best games we've ever made, and I have no idea how to explain it to my newborn child. What am I gonna tell them? That it wasn't based on their life? That it was? Baby Trading Simulator isn't even out yet and it's already ruined my family." [/p][p][/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p]With that in mind, let’s talk POST LAUNCH STUFF!

There will be a minimum of two months worth of post-launch support kicking off with weekly DLC. The first taste is free and then…well, they’re free updates so the second taste will be free as well.[/p][p][/p]

  • [p]February 12: A new game mode with a number of challenging scenarios[/p]
  • [p]February 19: Two new campaigns, more scenarios, and the addition of a daily challenge mode.[/p]

Markets Open January 29th!

Demo Update + Patch Notes

[p]Hello, traders![/p][p][/p][p]Firstly, thank you so much to all of you have been playing the demo, added the game to your wishlist, streaming, making content and talking about our game. It means a TON to a smaller team like ours and I can't express the joy we've had seeing so many of you really enjoy what we're making.[/p][p][/p][p]With that in mind, we've got a bunch of fixes, rebalances and the like that we've been working on so let's take a look at...[/p][p][/p][h3]Patch Notes[/h3]
  • [p]Rebalancing across the demo campaigns.[/p]
  • [p]Changes to the loan shark flow. The player's first (and only) loan can now be taken optionally from day 2 of a campaign.[/p]
  • [p]An indicator has been added to the player's ID card in the bottom left to show when they've already taken a loan.[/p]
  • [p]The big number counter in the top right corner of the trading window will no longer get stuck at higher numbers. [/p]
  • [p]We also hope this is the solve for the freezing that some players were experiencing from time to time.[/p]
  • [p]The buy button is no longer behaving inconsistently at the start of the trading day.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where the game would break when you earn over Ten Million Credits. Seriously, even we never had a run that good, wild.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where localised languages would say "IMPLEMENTED" for every piece of dialogue. Considering making it a feature.[/p]
