Blood Vial Demo Update v0.10.1

[p]What's up bloodsuckers,[/p][p]We just released another small update to the demo in order to fix some issues and make some small improvements.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a particularly weird bug where the game would spawn less enemies over time[/p]
  • [p]Increased enemy awareness time[/p]
  • [p]Pre-bake blood map information to reduce level initialization time in-game[/p]
  • [p]Increase blood texture density a bit so splats have more detail [/p]

    • [p]Take enemy difficulty into account when distributing enemies[/p]
    • [p]Try to prevent clumps of enemies[/p]
    • [p]Increase randomness in enemy distribution & placement[/p]
  • [p]Added 'invert mouse' setting[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: main menu music now loops[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: a bug that caused the player to be invincible[/p]
  • [p]Updated default rendering driver to Direct3D (for windows) due to frequent driver issues with Vulkan[/p]

Blood Vial - Demo Patch v0.7.5

[p]Hey everyone,[/p][p]I've just released another small patch to the Blood Vial demo, mostly focused around a bit of balancing to ease the difficulty curve.[/p]
  • [p]Nerf crypt riflemen[/p]
    • [p]Lower damage[/p]
    • [p]Longer shot delay[/p]
    • [p]Slower strafe speed[/p]
  • [p]Nerf zombie[/p]
    • [p]Reduce movement speed[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted enemy counts in each crypt level for a smoother difficulty ramp[/p]
