Update: Incident Logs, Development Roadmap & 2026 Vision

[p]Hello, Survivors![/p][p]Today we are pivoting the development of Project Dinoz to provide you with a more consistent, high-quality horror experience. We want to be transparent about how we are building this world and what you can expect over the next 12 months.

New Game Mode: The Incident Logs[/p][p]We are introducing Incident Logs—a series of intense, narrative-driven experiences that put you in the shoes of the facility's staff during the initial outbreak. Each log is designed as a standalone "found-footage" style survival mission.

  • [p]Now Available: — Power Drain: Step into the boots of a security officer, navigate a dark sub-level and try to send a distress signal while being hunted by a pack of lethal Velociraptors.[/p]
  • [p]Coming Soon: We are committed to a Monthly Release Schedule. Each new Log will feature a new dinosaur, a new character, and unique survival mechanics.[/p][p]
    [/p]
[p][/p][p]Survivor Mode & Story Mode: The 2026 Goal[/p][p]We have temporarily deactivated Survivor Mode. We want this mode to be a robust, stable, and endlessly replayable experience, and the current version doesn't meet our standards for fun or performance.[/p]
  • [p]Parallel Development: Our team is now working on three tracks simultaneously:[/p]
    1. [p]Monthly Incident Logs (Immediate episodic content).[/p]
    2. [p]Survivor Mode (Rebuilding for stability and high-stakes gameplay).[/p]
    3. [p]Full Story Mode (The complete narrative arc of the recon squad sent in to uncover the truth).[/p]
  • [p]Target Release: Both the finalized Survivor Mode and the Full Story Mode are targeted for release within 2026.[/p]
