Blender 2.81a Official Release is available

The much anticipated update of the Blender 2.80 milestone is here! With over a thousand fixes and several important updates that were planned for the 2.8 series. Most notable are the sculpting tools overhaul, support for NVIDIA RTX ray tracing in Cycles, Intel Open Image denoising, a better outliner, a new file browser and much more. Blender 2.80 Release Candidate 2 is available

The second release candidate of Blender 2.80 is ready for download right here on Steam! If you have the beta program enabled. Over 70 bugs have been fixed.

Blender 2.80 Release Candidate is available!

The Blender 2.80 Release Countdown has started.



A Release Candidate is the final step before the release. Blender has been built and packaged just like how the official release would be, and is available for a short period of testing. Download via the Steam updater and give it a good try. If things go as expected, the final release will be one week after.

Blender 2.80 is a massive upgrade! Check out what's new on the Blender website and consider supporting development on fund.blender.org.
