Hi everyone!

This week marks a major milestone — Level 2 is now fully furnished and I’ve started implementing core gameplay logic to bring the horror to life.

🧩 In this update:
After picking up a key item, players will hear a strange baby crying echoing through the corridor. But as you approach the source of the sound… it suddenly stops.
Just one of many eerie mechanics planned to make this level feel alive (and very wrong).
This isn’t the final version of the logic yet — more interaction and refinement will follow.

Next up in Devlog:
I’ll begin working on the stairwell transition between Level 2 and 3. Something unsettling is planned for that narrow, echoing space. Stay tuned...

IHey everyone! Quick update on the development of《工廈 Warehouse》— and a warm welcome to anyone new landing on this page.

The final two units for this level are now fully blocked out:

One is a small office, the kind you’d often find tucked inside an old Hong Kong industrial building. These re-used spaces are everywhere — people set up tiny businesses in them because of the cheaper rent.

The other is a large server room, filled with humming machines and tight aisles. It’s the kind of place you’re not sure anyone really has permission to be in...

These are now visually complete and fully explorable in-game. As always, I’m building this world with strong Hong Kong industrial vibes in mind — just unsettling enough to keep you looking over your shoulder.

Devlog update: Offices in the Shadows

I've finished blocking out two new units for Level 2 — office-style rooms hidden inside the industrial building.
In real-life Hong Kong, many old factory spaces are turned into messy, eclectic offices because of cheaper rent. I wanted to capture that atmosphere: worn-out desks, scattered paperwork, and a lingering feeling that the people here left... but not everything did.

You’ll notice three of the office rooms share similar, slightly varied decorations — a glimpse into the strange normalcy that existed before everything fell apart.

Only two more units left to decorate for this level.
After that, I’ll start building out the overall level flow and gameplay structure!

The intro level is DONE—now it’s time to step inside. The protagonist has finally arrived at Floor 5, but what’s lurking in the dimly lit hallways? 🏢🔦

Hong Kong industrial buildings are a maze of possibilities—offices, storage units, server rooms, logistics hubs. But this one? Feels... different. Empty. Too quiet. Like something is just out of sight, waiting.

🚧 What's New This Week?
The world’s getting bigger — and we’re diving deeper into the haunted mess that is the second floor.

Two new storage areas—filled with cardboard, cabinets, and the second area with oddly placed cribs—are now fully blocked out and radiate the right eerie vibe.

🧭 What’s Next?
Up next, I’ll be working on the remaining half of the second floor, fleshing out the final sections before circling back to polish the flow and scares. Still debating how surreal to go — but let’s just say reality will start bending a lot more from here on out.
