L.I.S.T.E.D.: DEMO Roadmap
Hi everyone!
I am happy to share that the L.I.S.T.E.D. Steam page is officially live!
To keep you in the loop, here’s a peek at the Demo Roadmap.
Along with additional breakdowns.

The demo will feature 15 unique mech types across 5 distinct movement styles: wheeled, tracked, bipedal, arachnid, and anti-grav—each tied to an in-universe corporation.
Each chassis offers unique physics and handling, ensuring every mech feels distinct in movement and customization. No reskins—every chassis has its own role in the arena.

Each pilot comes with a short backstory linked to their origin and criminal past.
Traits—both strengths and flaws—shape their performance in battle and reactions to events, adding depth and replayability.

Post-battle events will influence the game’s economy and narrative.
You’ll interact with corporate sponsors, navigate shifting loyalties, and make choices that affect how the world responds to your victory—or failure.

Mechs will have modular loadouts based on their chassis slots.
The demo includes 3 item rarities, each with unique visuals distinguishable in the arena. Mixing gear isn’t just cosmetic—it defines your strategy.

Each mech type handles differently, and AI opponents will follow the same movement rules as players. This ensures fair, skill-based combat—no cheating bots, just smart enemies.

Mech interaction is the focus, so arena visuals will be functional but minimal for now.
Weather effects and destructible environments are planned—and they’ll impact gameplay, not just visuals. Expect loadouts to perform differently in rain, dust, or electromagnetic storms.

The hangar will have a basic visual design in the demo, with support for paint jobs and early livery options.
Pilot quarters will be introduced, enhancing progression and immersion between fights.
Development is a deliberate process. These milestones define the path forward and maintain focus.
I look forward to sharing progress as the project evolves.
Welcome to L.I.S.T.E.D.!
