[p]Hello all. We have some upcoming changes to purchasing Divine Gems that will help make our game a safer place. Fraud in the Marketplace has caused ongoing issues that hurt the in-game economy and disrupt balance. To prevent further abuse and protect the integrity of the ecosystem, we’re updating our previous fraud measures.[/p][p]All Divine Gems packages purchased on Steam will now be pending for a 72-hour period before they can be used in the Marketplace. [/p][p]Please see a detailed breakdown below:[/p][p][/p][h3]Diving Gems Purchasing Update Details[/h3][p]All Divine Gems packages will have 100% of the Gems within the packages flagged as (Pending). (Pending) Gems cannot be used on the Marketplace for 72-hours. Players can still utilize (Pending) Gems on the Divine Gem Shop (inside the Hongmoon Store) and purchase the Battle Pass without any limitations. After 72-hours (Pending) Gems will automatically be converted to their standard Divine Gem balance.[/p][p]To confirm or view how many Divine Gems are (Pending) simply mouseover your Divine Gem balance in-game, and it will show you how many Diving Gems are (Pending).[/p][p][/p][p]TL;DR[/p]
