My plans for this month's updates:
The game is now released, people have been able to log in and play it, with multiple people online!
Here are my plans for the next month release , whcih I'd like to get out in the middle of september or so.
- Steam achievements.
-A more advanced animal AI (herding behavior for animals like the wildebeest, and better behavior when the animals are being attacked , or need to flee or be agressive, or both.
- Procedural spawning and de spawning of fish underwater based on the player's location. (there are a few small fish groups spawned regularly now as an example but do not despawn yet like the land AI do.
- integration of an anti cheat system like easy anti cheat
- any small bug sixes in game that need to be adressed
