I just pushed a major new update to the Beta version of Exit Strategy, and I’d love your help testing it out before it goes live to everyone![/p][h3]🔍 What’s New in This Update:[/h3][p]This update brings a ton of improvements, including:[/p]

• [p]🧑‍💼 Brand-new character models with a quirky stop motion animation style, inspired by Wallace & Gromit![/p]
• [p]🧠 Improved AI behaviors – coworkers now roam, chat, sit, and interact with their surroundings more naturally.[/p]
• [p]🌆 New map environments – including Medium and Large office layouts to expand your creativity.[/p]
• [p]🔨 Level editor upgrades – more placeable items and quality-of-life tools to streamline map creation.[/p]
• [p]🌀 Performance boost – I saw up to 40% FPS improvement during internal testing![/p]
• [p]☕ New Chaos Meter – finally, a way to quantify your glorious workplace disruption.[/p]

[h3]🐞 Known Editor Bugs:[/h3][p]Heads up – there are a few lingering bugs in the level editor (mostly UI quirks and object placement). I’m already working on fixes, and they’ll be patched soon. Thanks for being patient while I smooth things out![/p][hr][/hr][h3]🧪 How to Access the BETA Version:[/h3][p]Want to try the update early? Here’s how:[/p]

1. [p]Open your Steam Library.[/p]
2. [p]Right-click on Exit Strategy and select Properties.[/p]
3. [p]Click the BETAS tab.[/p]
4. [p]Select beta - Public Beta Test from the dropdown.[/p]
5. [p]Let it update, then launch the game![/p]

A fresh build just went live, and it brings a bunch of new mayhem to your workplace escape plan:

🔹 The Boss is Meaner
He’s more aggressive now—and worse, he has your cell number. Expect calls. You can Answer, Decline, or Turn Off the Ringer… but be careful, a ringing phone can give away your location!

📱 New Mechanic: Cell Phone Interruptions
Just when you think you’ve got a clean getaway, your boss might call. Play it smart or get caught mid-sneak.

🍽️ Fridge Drama Intensifies

Power Bowl and Lasagna are now in the fridge

If you eat them… someone will notice.

New co-worker reactions added—enjoy the guilt trip.

🎵 New Title Music
Now the menu screen slaps. That is all.

🤖 AI Improvements

Patched two sneaky logic holes in AI behavior

Added ability to knock down co-workers, or even push/hit them with items (you absolute menace)
