version 3.0.3 and 3.0.4

Couple of updates pushed fixing the following:

- some sounds got played twice for a single even (overload!)
- music files are now in proper stereo
- all sound files are converted, which made update 3.0.3 40mb+ big (sorry!)
- fix some issues with the O-options key in the menu
