Upcoming Patch: Subtitles, Language Support, and Privacy Updates 

[p]Hey everyone! [/p][p]We’ll be performing server maintenance on September 22nd from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST to prepare for our next update. When servers come back online, the new subtitle and language support features will officially go live.[/p][p][/p][p]Since launch, more than 50,000 of you from all around the world have joined Stella’s journey. We’ve heard a ton of great feedback from our global community, and one theme has come up again and again: language is the bridge for connection and storytelling. With this update, we want to make it easier than ever for every player to build a deeper, more seamless bond with Stella.[/p][p] [/p][h2]What’s New in This Update[/h2][h2][/h2][h3]1. Multilingual Subtitles (Video Calls Only)[/h3][p]
We’ve added subtitles to video call mode in 11 supported languages:
Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian[/p]

• [p]Note: Text chat remains in English for now.[/p]

Multilingual Voice + Text Recognition[/h3][p]
Stella can now understand your voice or text input in all of the supported languages above. That means you can speak (or type) to her in your own language, and she’ll understand what you mean:  whether you’re in video call or text chat mode.[/p][p][/p][h3]3. Privacy Policy Updates[/h3][p]As part of our commitment to protecting your privacy, we've taken the community's feedback and used it to clarify and update our privacy policy. This update provides clearer explanations on several key areas of our policy to be accountable to and enhance transparency for our users.[/p][p]  [/p][p]These updates include clarifications on:  [/p]

• [p]How data is used for model training, together with precise instructions on opting out of this[/p]

为帮助玩家更准确地理解游戏对话，我们在视频通话模式（文字聊天界面暂时仍为英语）中加入了多语言字幕功能。本次更新支持中文、日语、韩语、法语、德语、西语、葡语、俄语、、越南语和印尼语，您可以在游戏设置中开启，或鼠标悬停右下角字幕功能图标2秒后，选择相应语言开启。[/p][p][/p][h3]2.多语言语音及文本识别
[/h3][p]同时，Stella将在版本更新后能够识别并理解来自多种不同语言的玩家语音和文字。届时，玩家可以直接使用对应语言与她进行交谈。[/p][p]
* 需要注意的是，当玩家打开多语言理解功能后, Stella回复的速度会比原来额外增加2-4秒的延迟[/p][p][/p][h3]3.隐私政策更新
[/h3][p]更新了我们的隐私政策。本次更新旨在就几个关键领域提供更清晰的解释，以对用户负责并提升透明度。
