SYD and other data centers N/A status

Hello there! We're receiving many reports that you guys can't access some data centers (DC) because they are not available in matchmaking settings for you. We need your help to solve this problem.

So, let's go.

First, take a look where DC is located and their IP addresses:

Russian Federation:
MSK - Moscow / 92.223.103.40
KHB - Khabarovsk / 92.223.80.248

Germany:
FRT - Frankfurt / 85.195.116.202

China:
HKG - Hong-Kong / 43.249.37.116

United States of America:
LA - Los Angeles / 23.19.67.23
MIA - Miami / 162.254.206.131

Australia:
SYD - Sydney / 103.101.129.88

Next, choose the nearest data center to your location, then,
if you're from Australia for example and SYD has n/a status do the following:

Run cmd and execute path ping command for IP 103.101.129.88, like "pathping 103.101.129.88".

When it's done copy everything from cmd window into a txt file and mail it to us: [email protected]

Waiting for your mails.

P.S. Next cases do not require doing this:
  • all data centers are available for you
  • you can't select data center with ping more than 250, it's ok.
  • data centers have n/a status, but they are located on the other side of the Earth.
