Patch v1.2.2

[p]Hey Everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]Just a quick patch to address a couple bugs post big update:[/p]
  • [p]Fix to the mushroom towers eventually not firing mushroom projectiles.[/p]
  • [p]Fix to a bit of lag whenever the game swaps music track in the new game mode.[/p]
  • [p]Fix to wave menu prompting you to start wave 21 (which doesn't exist) when you complete wave 20.[/p]
  • [p]Fix to mushroom projectiles not changing icons when increasing damage - now get different mushrooms firing depending on the damage of the tower projectiles.[/p]

Mushroom Clicker: FUNGAL FORCES - v1.2

[p]Hi Everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]I'm super excited to announce the new Arcade game mode is now live![/p][p][/p][p]Archmage Psilocybe needs your help! His Nemesis, Dreadmage Mycotoxin has found the location of the holy giant puffball that gives us our magical mushroomy powers! He is sending waves of fungal forces in an attempt to destroy it and nullify our abilities! It is vitally important that he does NOT succeed.[/p][p]Please, Mushroom Mage, use the powers you have already learnt to push back Dreadmage Mycotoxin's forces and save the puffball![/p][p][/p][p]Collect spores from the Goblins in each wave[/p][p][/p][p]And upgrade your skills in a completely new skill tree[/p][p][/p][p]There's a bunch of new achievements to get stuck into as well so get involved and push back those fungal forces![/p][p][/p][p]This update also includes a few QoL updates, Cloud Sync, some bug fixes and [/p][p]FULL STEAM DECK AND CONTROLLER SUPPORT!! [/p][p](although because of the nature of this game being a clicker game... January 2026 - NEW GameMode Coming Soon!

[p]Hi Everyone![/p][p][/p][p]As it's been over a month since the last update I wanted to write this to keep everyone updated with what's going on.[/p][p]I have been working on full Steam Deck support as well as a huge update which will add an entirely new game mode to Mushroom Clicker.[/p][p]Steam Deck support is all done and dusted but I'm holding off on releasing the update so I can do some more testing and I will probably end up releasing that update at the same time as the new game mode. If you want to start playing MC on the Steam Deck already you can do so by using the touch screen, but the next update will introduce controls for a controller which will be much more intuitive and easier.[/p][p][/p][p]The new game mode[/p][p]"I need your help!

Morel Vote Results And Upcoming Updates

[p]Hi Everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]I have here the results of the vote for whether to remove the grass burning mechanice for Morels or not:[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]As you can see, it is just over 75% in favour of keeping the mechanic. Of course, I will listen to the people and keep the mechanic.[/p][p]I do think I have addressed most of the concerns that people have had over the mechanic anyway with my recent updates. This includes:[/p]
  • [p]Shaman fire spell buff (they now target the nearest unburnt spawn point, greatly increasing the efficiency)[/p]
  • [p]Warning when trying to unlock the Morel area when you haven't unlocked the fire spell. You will be locked out of this area if you haven't got the fire spell already unlocked.[/p]
  • [p]Description to the Fire Spell in the skill tree describing how to use (Right Click). This will be further improved upon in the next update, where I will display key bindings for both mouse and gamepad next to all growth and fire spell skills, as well as in the how to play section of the game.[/p]
[p][/p][p]Next Update:[/p][p]As I've just hinted at, I am currently working on full controller support for the game. This is part of my push to get the game Steam Deck compatible.
