Demo update

[p]Hey everyone![/p][p][/p][p]First of all, thank you so much for trying out the demo and sending us feedback! It's time for the first demo patch notes! Here's what changed:[/p][p][/p][h3]Endless Mode & Leaderboard:[/h3][p]We realised that in the current version of the game, there is simply not enough content and variation to make a standard endless mode interesting. It's a bit too easy to create a build that overpowers any wave the game throws at you, which leads to a long, agonizing battle between your patience and your PC's cooling system... (though performance should be better now!)[/p][p]Because of this, we decided to restructure the endless mode for the time being: After defeating the boss, you get one more day to build, after which you enter an endless night. Survive as long as possible!
(This doesn't mean the old endless mode will be gone forever; we might reconsider once we have more variation and content in the game.)[/p][p]Additionally, the leaderboard is now sorted correctly and shows the longest times survived in endless mode.[/p][p][/p][h3]New Tutorial:[/h3]
  • [p]There is now a dedicated tutorial to explain the mechanics of the game instead of mere tooltips. Select "Tutorial" in the main menu to play it.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Quality of Life Changes:[/h3]
  • [p]Hans' eyes follow your cursor now![/p]
  • [p]you can now pause combat by pressing space bar or by using the pause button[/p]
  • [p]The game now automatically detects whether you click + drag or use a single click to pick up buildings.[/p]
  • [p]For better readability, active buffs on a building are no longer shown directly on it, but rather in a separate panel which appears when hovering over them during combat. During the building phase, holding ALT will display what buffs a building has received last combat.[/p]
  • [p]Turrets now display the amount of damage done last combat phase instead of kills.[/p]
  • [p]Buff Buildings display how many buff stacks they have applied last combat.[/p][p][/p]
[h3]Balancing:[/h3]
  • [p]increased boss hp by 50%[/p]
  • [p]set command center kills to activation to 20, increased price and rarity[/p]
  • [p]set bullet case recycler shots to activation to 100[/p]
  • [p]lowered tesla tower charged amount from 7 to 5[/p]
  • [p]adjusted health of Tesla Tower, Copper Coil, Air Mine Launcher, Tesla Battery to 100 per covered tile (like most other buildings)[/p][p][/p]
[h3]Bugs:[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed broken relics (Cryptic Coin, Bull Statue)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where the relic selection would get stuck when uncovering a relic right after the boss fight.[/p]
  • [p]Clicking on a building information panel no longer interacts with buildings behind it[/p]
  • [p]Fixed multiple bugs where buildings got stuck on the grid and became non interactable[/p]
