While we are working on the next big expansion, we have found some little bugs which we would like to fix for the main game:

• After finishing the tutorial tests, some players experienced crashes if they tried to replay the tests. Fixed.
  
• In some rare cases, the players might not pass some tests from the first try. Fixed.
  
• In the Precision Shot test the image showed the wrong penalty for 4-tiles distance. Fixed.
  
• Slightly improved the image of Argentina flag.
  
• When a footballer got the bonus for finishing the Specialization tree, the specialization icons were skewed. Fixed.
  
• Fixed the wordings in French (in the sentences like `Aujourd'hui, nous jouons _en_ qualifications `)
  
• Changed the name of one of the Indonesian cities

In previous articles, I talked about the statistics of tournaments, clubs, and footballers. But we decided to go further and start collecting interesting statistics of the matches.


Now, you will be able to see from which tiles you made goal attempts, scored goals, and assists:



Additionally, there will be a possibility to find out from which tiles you conceded goals, where you were booked, and where your players were injured:



Obviously, your style of playing in the Amateur League will be different from how you play in the Premier League. Therefore, all this information can be viewed either for the whole time or separately for each season.


Penalties are performed not often. But for 5-10 seasons, interesting statistics can be accumulated. For example, in which zones you are most likely to score a goal, in which zones you better defended the goal, etc.

We decided that this is also quite interesting information that would be interesting to study. Therefore, we implemented such a possibility:

In the comments to the previous news, many of you wrote that you would like to see a screen with the statistics of goals, assists, tackles, saves for all your footballers.

Well, here you go! Such a screen is going to appear in the next expansion. Today I want to show it to you.





On this screen you will be able to see and compare your footballers by following stats:

• Matches played
  
• Number of Man of the Match awards
  
• Goals scored
  
• Assists
  
• Tackles
  
• Saves
  
• Cards
  
• Injuries
  
• Total time of being injured
  

Moreover, you will be able to sort the table by any of these stats. Here, for example, I've sorted the table by the scored goals:



After sorting I've noticed that my RD Thonis, despite being a full back, scored 1 goal and made 7 assists.

By the way, note that you can filter the table by the tournaments. This will allow you to see data separately for leagues, for cups and for continental cups. Also, you can see separately the data for the entire history and data for the current season.



A similar screen will be shown after every match:



On the screenshot you can see, that FW Squirrel scored 3 goals, made 1 assist and 1 tackle, and as a result earned the Man of the Match award.

When you love your club, when you put efforts in each match, sometimes you want to see a big picture of how you play. Do you score more at home or away? How do you score the most goals? How do you concede most of the goals? How many red and yellow cards do you get per season? How many injuries did your footballers have? Etc.

Also, when you have played 5 or more seasons, it is interesting to look back and compare your current successes with past ones. Did the winning percentage in away matches increase? Have you started to score more with a Cannon shot? Has the number of injuries decreased?

Such information would be great to see in diagrams and graphs, rather than in dry numbers.

To answer these questions, we created two new screens: Seasons and Trends.


We collected some pieces of global statistical data, placed them on the charts in such a way that it's very easy to look at and evaluate the changes which happened in every season.



At first glance, the screen seems scary. But when you start to delve into the data, you will see that they are placed logically and easily for perception.

For example, the screenshot shows that in the season 2023/2024 in home matches I mainly won. But in the away, I had fewer victories, but many draws and defeats.

However, in the season 2025/2026, I was able to ensure that in away matches I had more wins and fewer losses. Given that I won the European Cup this season, we can assume that away victories were earned precisely in the play-off matches when it was necessary to get the victory in order to go to the higher rounds.



At the bottom of the screen, there is a switch that filters only matches of the league, cup and continental tournaments. So you can switch and see if your assumptions are correct.

Another very interesting feature is the ability to see on the charts how you scored and missed goals.



For example, see how the ratio of goals scored by a Cannon shot (red sector) has changed over the past three seasons. In the year 2023, I bought several young forwards with this skill, began to train the skill in training, and more often put forwards on the matches.



As a result, in the last season, the forwards improved their skill level and began to score a lot, having displaced the Rainbow feint from the first place. It's worth noting that the share of Rainbow feint decreased partially because I sold an old forward with the third level of this skill.

By the way, the charts clearly show that I really like to score goals after crosses (orange sector).



In fact, we show almost the same data in the form of graphs. The graphs allow you to look differently at how your progress has changed over time.



The graph shows how the number of my victories grew and the defeats fell over time.

You can see the absolute values ​​of victories and defeats, but they make little sense if you play a different number of matches in each season. Therefore, we introduced an option that allows you to divide the number of pieces of statistics by the number of matches played. So the graphs will provide more logical information.

But if you look at the screenshot, you might think that it would be great to compare the successes in matches with your progression in the league. After all, it's interesting to correlate the number of your victories with what place in the league you took and whether you won any trophy.

We have added such an opportunity. The left bar shows statistics, and the right one - the place taken in the league.



Now it has become more interesting. After all, you can, for example, see that in the third season I took seventh place. And this was the season in which the number of victories fell and the number of defeats increased.

This screen also shows other statistics. Here, for example, is a comparison of different kinds of scored goals for each season:



See how rapidly the number of goals scored by the Cannon shot has risen.

Despite the fact that in the next major expansion we make a huge emphasis on statistics, many other game elements will be improved as well.

Today I want to talk about how the substitutions mechanics will be improved.


Earlier, when the substitution took place, you learned about it from the fast-moving text at the bottom of the screen. This was not obvious, especially if the substitution was made by your opponent.

Same with injuries and cards. You might have missed when a footballer was sent off the pitch.

Now, the game will be showing when such events happen.



We prepared different poses for substitutions, so they can be selected depending on the game context: footballers can leave the pitch being happy or disappointed.

Sure thing, the poses for the yellow and red cards will be different as well. For us, details matter.


Earlier, in order to make a substitution before performing, for example, a free kick, you had to very quickly press the “Substitution” button before the free kick mechanics started.

In the next expansion, we introduce the concept of 'Stopping Time.' Now, while you have not moved a single player during the free kick, penalty kick or the throw-in, you can make a substitution.

The game will show when the instant substitution is available.




Despite the fact that you quickly get used to the 'Skills are not available after kick off' rule, some players complained that they constantly forget about it. Therefore, now we will inform you when skills are not available. It will be shown at the bottom of the screen.



Also, now we will inform you about what phase of the penalty/corner/throw-in/free kick you are currently on. You can see that on the screenshot which shows the stopping time.
