Flowering

Okay I'm pretty sure I have the flowering nailed down now. Again sorry that this has taken so long, hopefully this will be the last of it.

(FYI to get the output log you can right click on Viridi in your library click on properties --> local files --> browse local files --> Viridi_Data)
