Most Fallout fans now have their eyes set on looking forward to the second series of Amazon's Fallout TV show that's already in the works. However, one of the big talking points surrounding the release of its initial season earlier this year was this - should there have been a new Fallout game ready to drop around the same time? Well, Xbox's Phil Spencer has now offered his view on that.

Popular modding site Nexus Mods recently announced an update to its policies on paid mods, and, as ever with the topic that seems very much to be a never ending source of controversy, the response from players and modders was a bit complicated.

Paid mods are always controversial. Just look at Bethesda’s latest attempt at creating a system designed to facilitate such a thing having proven pretty much as polarising as its predecessors, even if things have died down a bit since that bit of Starfield Trackers Alliance mission controversy back in June.

It's October 23, aka Fallout Day, and the folks behind massive mod Fallout: London have elected to celebrate in their own special way - by officially revealing that their creation has now been grabbed on GOG/com by over a million players.

We still don't know when Fallout season 2 is releasing, but it might not be that far away, as filming is apparently starting very soon.
