Meet Kitagawa Shouhei and his girlfriend, the energetic and cheerful Sakizaki Ranko, a quite young love couple, who is still in the early stages of their relationship.
Ranko loves Shouhei's home-cooked meals but has to realize in horror that she gained a few pounds. In an attempt to keep fit, Ranko sweet-talks Shouhei into joining the local gym with her.
