Nomad 1.0.1.1b Released
Hello Survivors!
More rolling updates for 1.0. Today we have reached 1.0.1.1b, we're getting there. I have been focused on getting everything stable. That means working to make sure the server won't bork out, there are no known bugs in the game and least of all, no exploits.
New content has been slow due to this but I'm happy to announce that there is some new content within this patch. Although it's not as much as I'd like, it's still new.
I'm looking at once we are stable enough, we will push heavily into new content and features for Nomad.

Nomad Premium is the ultimate DLC to have, containing but not limited to; 26 Exclusive player skins, Premium gold coloured name tags, Access to /kits, 20+ Death effects when your character dies, Spray your Steam avatar on anything in game and many, many more benefits and features.

The Variety Skin Pack is available. This DLC contains 11 new skins for you to flex with inside of the game. Simply change your skin in the customize tab in the main menu.

Many of the smaller Point of Interests (POI's) have been removed. This is to help condense the loot in the world and make the random loot less spread over the entire map. Sometimes a player would ask me, "Why is there no loot at the airfield?", its because of this reason. The loot has just been spread too thin over the entire map.
It now gives more land for people to build bases on too. Want to build far away from every one else? Now you can, just build near the edges of the map. Whereas before these places were hot zones for people wandering the island looking for loot.

New loot area added, the Trailer Park. This trailer park is located in between Pinewood and the Airfield. It will spawn all types of loot here.

This area is marked with a food icon as most of the loot here are food items. It is located on your way to the industrial area, north of the map.

Not as major as the last two, but we needed some more loot towards the south eastern part of the map. This place will spawn mostly military stuff among others.

Vehicle damage has now been added. Exiting a vehicle travelling more than 30MPH will result in you taking damage equal to the vehicle speed.
No more 100MPH hop outs.

- Server now has a safer way of writing inventories

- Server has better rubber banding and will teleport the player back to the last known safe position
- Fixed an issue with path finding with zombies
- Server now runs at 100fps
- Zombies no longer does a network call to go back to the starting position if the zombie already there
- Server will now attempt to restart if at any time it failed or error out
