Patch note 3.2.4

Hey anglers,
patch 3.2.4 is a complex bug fix including fixes for:
- PVA bag dissolution after taking rod from rod pod with a fish
- rod flick when turning off the map
- rod bending for the 3rd person
- colliders in the gazebo in Lesni Villa
