Dead by Daylight delays next licensed chapter to fix ever-growing list of issues

Dead by Daylight developer Behaviour Interactive has responded to player concerns with a new video talking about its plans to tighten up the multiplayer horror game in the coming months. The studio has faced recent criticism for several incidents, including slow responses to balance concerns, hackers disrupting livestreams, and a sense that new additions are being prioritized to the detriment of the core game. Now, the developers have responded with a definitive roadmap, which moves back some of its content plans to work on fundamental fixes.

A beloved DBD mode is returning, but it's not going to waste your time anymore

A typical Dead By Daylight match is already packed with frenetic action, but things only get wilder when you unleash double the amount of Survivors and Killers into a map. The beloved DBD 2v8 mode is returning in a few days' time for its third instalment, but Behaviour Interactive has now confirmed it will be coming with a brilliant new feature that eases one of its biggest frustrations. To make sure that those queuing as a Killer won't be sat twiddling their thumbs, Behaviour is adding the ability to play a match as a Survivor while waiting for your chance to slay.
