Have you played Overboard?

Conceived of as a free expansion for 80 Days, Overboard! is a murder mystery with a difference.

... you're the one whodunnit. That's not a spoiler - you find out as much in the first thirty seconds of the game as your character, failed actress Veronica Villensey, pushes her tiresome husband into the sea while on a crossing to New York.

Only one problem: there's an amateur sleuth aboard. You now have - not 80 days, but rather eight hours to get away with murder. Can you lie, cheat, steal, bribe, murder, seduce, manipulate, stealth, blackmail and charm your way to freedom?

One of Polygon and the New Yorker's game of the year; nominated for a Writer's Guild award and a Golden Joystick - have you gotten away with murder?

How the studio behind 80 Days made one of the best games of 2021 in just 3 months

Overboard is a devilishly clever reverse murder mystery designed by Inkle, the studio behind 80 Days, Heaven's Vault, and other top-tier narrative games. In 1935, aboard a ship making its way from England to New York, Veronica Villensey murders her husband—and it's your job to help her get away with it by spinning a complex web of lies. It's one of the most unique narrative games I've played on PC, and one of our favourite games of the year so far...

Five years since 80 Days was released on Steam we've turned off the ageing cloud servers. You will no longer be able to see other players' progress as you make yours but the game is still fully functional in all other ways.

Changes since 1.17.7:
  • Bug Fix: accented characters not displayed correctly (introduced in 1.17)
  • Disable attempted download of cloud ghosts and incidents (as the servers are no longer running) and tidy up related UI

80 Days 1.17.7 Update

Changes since 1.17.6:
  • Upgraded 80 Days to a more recent patch release of Unity

New Game Coming Soon!

The year is AD 673. Camelot has fallen. Sir Mordred is due to meet Arthur on the fields of Camlann, and Arthur will surely die. Who can keep the dream of Camelot alive?

Pendragon is our next step forward in the world of highly-interactive narrative. An epic Arthurian adventure, Pendragon is a strategy board-game that writes its narrative turn-by-turn around your actions you take. Will you step forward courageously, or cautiously retreat? Will you sacrifice one knight to save another? Will you flee, or triumph? Every move you and the enemy makes driven the narrative forward, one instant at a time - and what happens in the narrative unlocks new possibilities in the gameplay.

No two games of Pendragon are ever the same, and with a huge cast of characters to find and unlock, each with their own stories to tell, we think it's shaping up to be something really special.

You can check out the teaser video on the Steam page, and wishlist if you like what you see!
