[p]Cosmos Colonization Corp™ reports a number of changes introduced to the ongoing research mission on Sandrax-66b.

The Expedition Control Department has done a solid job, and your chances of completing the assignment (and partial survival) have slightly increased.

[/p][h3]🎮 CONTROLS[/h3][p]You can now control your colonist using a gamepad.
All popular models are supported, and updated UI hints will help you quickly adapt to this new way of moving through unexplored worlds.

And here’s another improvement.
Not all surviving colonists were satisfied with the default key layout, so we - CCC, as a company that cares about its employees (as long as they remain useful) - have added keyboard key rebinding.

[/p][h3]🎒 INVENTORY & QUALITY OF LIFE[/h3][p]We’ve also added several useful improvements:[/p]
  • [p]Hotkeys for faster inventory interaction [/p]
  • [p]Pop-up notifications showing collected resources

[h3]🗺️ ZONES & STRUCTURE CONTROL[/h3][p]Camp zones - friendly and hostile - are now displayed in the CosmoPad™.

Hostile zones are marked with banners. To change a zone’s status, the banner must be destroyed.

After that, you are free to handle the territory as you see fit: dismantle structures, burn them down, or repurpose them. CCC welcomes any action that leads to expedition success.
[/p][p][/p][h3]🧠 COLONIST STATUS[/h3][p]Your CosmoPad™ has become more responsive thanks to a COSMO OS update.
The following states are now displayed as separate icons:[/p]
  • [p] Overweight[/p]
  • [p] Radiation exposure[/p]
  • [p] No free inventory space[/p]
  • [p] Other effects impacting colonist viability [/p]
[p]Unlike other corporations, we actually improve the interface.

[/p][h3]🍳 CRAFTING & COOKING[/h3][p]The next improvement affects cooking and crafting.
If you attempt to craft an item using a non-existent recipe, resources are no longer consumed.
CCC encourages experimentation.
Even failed ones.
[/p][h3]⚔️ BALANCE[/h3][p]After analyzing local fauna behavior and expedition statistics, several balance changes were made:[/p]
  • [p]Night waves have been rebalanced[/p]
  • [p]Enemy balance updated[/p]
  • [p]Crafting costs adjusted[/p]

to increase the likelihood that your expedition ends successfully.
