[Game Hotfix] - 445711

Hello players! We've got a small hotfix here to fix a few things from the last update.

• Fixed issue causing excess folders to be created in replays directory
  
• Fixed issue causing replay ghosts to not appear in some courses
  
• Fixed Gat HQ buddy mode ranks disappearing when game is restarted
