We've got a newsletter!

Hello survivoooors! So, we’re getting really close to the release of Dead in Vinland (early 2018!). Hence, time to give you some news about the development, and we have an annoucement to make...

We now have a Newsletter!

That's right. Now, you can subsrcibe to our newsletter, and every month, you’ll get an e-mail to tell you all about the development of Dead in Vinland…

But that’’s not all! In those letters, you’ll have an extract from the characters’ journal, and you’ll understand more about the way they feel when they start to survive.

Here’s the link to subscribe to the newsletter (Kari will be happy... Or, at least, be less angry):

If you want to know what those look like, you can read the last one here:

Some news about the development!

Now, let’s make a quick recap of where we’re at regarding the development. Great news! We’ve pretty much finished:

  • Graphical aspects of the game
  • Most features are implemented and working
  • The combat system is up-and-running
  • The camp is almost finished

AND this week, after thousands of hours writing and designing and not sleeping… We’ve just finished the exploration entities! This is a huge deal, as it was a major feature in the game that took FOREVER to make.

There are still some things to finish though!

If you want to know more about the development, we made a full blogpost last week with all the details: http://deadinvinland.com/2017/11/09/development/

That’s it for today! As you see, development is going rather smoothly, but we can’t rest for now.
Fatigue + 20
Hunger + 50
Depression – 20 (as we’re super extra excited to release Dead in Vinland soon!)

Soo, if you haven't already, don't hesitate to wishlist the game and subscribe to the newsletter, that way you won't miss anything! (Like... The release date. Just sayin')
If you liked Dead in Bermuda, you’ll love Dead in Vinland even more! We improved a lot of things, including features players asked for, and we hope you’ll like it!
