The whole City will tell you we no longer exist. That we are a shattered gang of murderers and vandals.

I write to you from a remote corner of our Republic—the city of Broken. I suspect the name means little to you.
But trust me: the monstrous things happening here will soon reach every street of every town. And there is no one to stop them but us.
