📘 Dev Log – November Update Multiplayer

[p]Dev Log – November Update[/p][p]November went by in a blur, and most of it was spent wrestling with one big thing:
getting Sproutmart’s multiplayer sync to finally behave.[/p][p]Some systems took their sweet time — especially the ones where players (or employees!) pick up boxes, place products on shelves, or interact with racks.[/p][p]This past week I also wrapped up the employee fixes, so the stocker, cashier, and the rest of the crew actually do their jobs properly in multiplayer. Seeing them finally work together smoothly feels great.[/p][p]Most major systems are now in, only a few small ones remain. After that, December is all about:
polishing the networking, cleaning up rough edges, and chasing any weird sync bugs still hiding around.[/p][p]It’s been a very technical month, but the game is starting to feel more alive — especially when you see shelves filling, boxes moving around, and everything syncing across players.[/p][p]Thanks for following along. 🌿 What’s Next for Sproutmart

[p]Hey everyone![/p][p][/p][p]Since Next Fest ended, I’ve been back in full development mode. Here’s a quick update on what I’m working on:[/p][p]Multiplayer. Right now, I’m focused on syncing the core gameplay systems so that everything works properly across players. It’s a big technical step, but one that will make Sproutmart a much more lively and social experience.[/p][p]After that, I’ll move on to adding a small proper tutorial to help new players get started, and then focus on new content—decorations, products, plants, and recipes to expand the game’s world.[/p][p]The goal is to make Early Access fun to play with friends from day one. 🌿[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you all for the support—every wishlist and bit of feedback really keeps this project going. 💚[/p]

Every wishlist and every comment truly helps this little grocery-shop dream grow. 🌱[/p][p]Next up, I’ll be working on new features — mostly multiplayer and a tutorial — and improvements inspired by your feedback, as well as preparing for the Early Access launch in 2026.
