About the missing equipment items

As you can see, there was some problem due to which players lost access to their equipment items.

We know about this issue since it touched even us. We're not able to turn your equipment back, but we prepared a compensation for you guys today.

Players that got their equipment missed already got "All Inclusive" pack twice (equals to $30) as compensation from our side. This pack contains whole Premium Store at a huge benefit, but today we gave it out for free to all MONSTER WAR players.
