Reason:
- Routine server checks
- 4th Anniversary event will begin.
- Lunar New Year event will end.
- Hero Band and Master & Disciple list will be reset.
- Infinite Dungeon ranking will be reset, and points will be distributed to the top 50.
- Fixed an issue where Black vs. White War draws a tied which blessed both sides with buff and TGW.
