Upon decrypting the cipher, Hu Shanshan unveils that a Black Dragons Clan spy within the League of Beggars Clan, and most likely the other clans as well. Assist Hu Shanshan by identifying the spy within your own clan and follow their trail of corruption to its source. In this chapter, each clan will have their own questline, including Vagabonds.
