Release Date moved to November 4th

[p]Hello Tower Lords![/p][p]We wanted to share an update about the release date of Tower Lords.[/p][p]The launch has been moved to November 4, just 11 days later than originally planned.[/p][p][/p][p]The reason is a personal emergency within our small team. Nothing tragic or unresolvable, but it does require immediate attention and would make it difficult for us to fully focus on launch week.[/p][p][/p][p]We're very excited to release the game, but rather than risk a rushed release, we felt it was better to take a short pause, handle things properly, and make sure the launch goes as smoothly as possible.[/p][p][/p][p]In the meantime, we’ll use the extra days to polish more of the game, add additional localizations, and implement some of the great feedback you’ve shared with us so far.[/p][p][/p][p]The demo will remain available, and we plan to keep updating it during this time. We’re also exploring a limited Steam Playtest that would let you experience more of the gameplay before release. Following or wishlisting the game is the best way to get notified when that happens.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you all for your patience and support. Demo Beta Small Patch - v 0.913

[p]Hello, Tower Lords![/p][p]Thank you all for the feedback! We’re going through everything and experimenting with different ways to bring your suggestions into the game.[/p][p]Today, we’ve got a small update for you:[/p][p][/p][h2]Patch Notes[/h2]
  • [p]Rebalanced early progression - the opening phase should now feel a bit faster.[/p]
  • [p]Soul costs have been decreased.[/p]
  • [p]Farm and Technology Research costs reduced.[/p]
  • [p]The final mouse click upgrade now yields 5 lights instead of 4.[/p]
  • [p]Increased base camera speed and the power of the camera speed multiplier you set in options.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed various small UI and gameplay issues.[/p]

  • [p]Updated the Unity version to the latest build, including important security fixes.[/p]
  • [p]Improved story progression with new cinematics and smoother camera transitions.[/p]
  • [p]Added a Next Music Track button to the HUD Utility Bar.[/p]
  • [p]Camera movement has been refined for better feel and responsiveness.[/p]
  • [p]Gamepad support is about 80% complete - just a few option controls and shop shortcuts left to polish for smoother navigation.[/p]
  • [p]The Tower Lords Steam page is now localized in Japanese! [/p]

  • [p]Improve the Academy Research building to make its purpose and effects clearer.[/p]

Demo Patch #1 - Bugfixes (V.0.902)

[p]Greetings, Tower Lords![/p][p][/p][p]Thank you so much to everyone who has been playing the demo and sharing feedback and bug reports. Your input is already making a huge difference, and we have been hard at work addressing the issues you have found.[/p][p][/p][p]Here is what this patch brings:[/p][p]Patch Notes[/p]
  • [p]Building shop menus are now positioned more cleanly and should no longer block the tower.[/p]
  • [p]Cancelling feedback no longer causes a soft lock.[/p]
  • [p]Camera movement should now feel smoother.[/p]
  • [p]Camera dragging has a deadzone, so small movements will not cause unintended dragging.[/p]
  • [p]Minor fixes, such as hover highlights added to most buttons.[/p]
