Closed Beta Update #6

[p]Bug Fixes :[/p]
  • [p]Employee AI will no longer crash the game, but they will now take more time to find a machine they can work on.[/p]
  • [p]Employee cards in the recruitment menu could behave strangely or even disappear.[/p]
  • [p]The conveyor under a machine always turns into a straight line when the machine placed on it is moved (even if only one machine is present on the map).[/p]
[p]Additions :[/p]
  • [p]Save files now include the recruitment menu. The only way to refresh candidates is now to wait for the next day.[/p]
  • [p]A 5th recruitment slot has been added.[/p]
  • [p]It is now possible to use the scroll wheel to navigate through the recruitment menu.[/p]
[p]Changes :[/p]
  • [p]Employee stat upgrades no longer refresh the day’s candidates, but instead improve them directly without extra cost.[/p]

  • [p]When saving and loading during the tutorial, some basic machines could sometimes duplicate. This is no longer possible.[/p]
  • [p]The Elias ingot event should now be working again.[/p]
  • [p]When moving a machine, its linked conveyor belt could sometimes fail to update properly. This has now been fixed.[/p]

[p]Overhaul :[/p]
  • [p]The employee AI has been completely redone, it is now much more optimized, generates less lag, and most importantly, they will no longer idle if a workstation is available.[/p]
  • [p]In addition, employees will prefer to work from the back of the machine if the spot is free, before using the sides.[/p]
  • [p]Employee movements have been improved to make them smoother and to prevent them from getting stuck on object corners.[/p]

  • [p]Achievement for unlocking company tier 2.[/p]
  • [p]Achievement for firing up to 100 employees.[/p]
  • [p]Achievement for joining the Discord server.[/p]

  • [p]The machine upgrade cost reduction improvement, once unlocked, did not reload properly when restarting the game.[/p]
  • [p]The save system now takes into account the time of day and the time already elapsed between each event before restoring them.[/p]
  • [p]Elias will now use the term “Monstercoins” when referring to money.[/p]

  • [p]The tutorial now explains that recruitable candidates are reset each day.[/p]
  • [p]The missing visual in the R&D menu has been created.[/p]
  • [p]Other visuals are being implemented, such as the employee fatigue bar.[/p]

  • [p]The number of recruited employees now has a smaller impact on the cost of future employees.[/p]

  • [p]Resources coming out of the fusion furnace now have their state correctly updated (light effect)[/p]
  • [p]The fusion furnace will now properly collect resources that pass through it if a slot is available[/p]
  • [p]Employees can no longer get stuck inside machines[/p]
  • [p]Employee AI has been slightly adjusted: they should no longer idle if a workstation is available and their stamina is fully recharged[/p]
