Beta 19.5 Released

Happy Thursday Squaddies,

It’s nearly the weekend, and to help matters we’ve got another round of hotfixes coming your way just before it starts.

Without further ado, let’s get to the changes:
  • Fixed an issue with dragging an Incap player's body that has expired which would cause the players movement to be impaired.
  • Fixed an issue where dragging a downed player who would then respawn caused a broken pose issue.
  • Fixed connection cleaning issues in Remote Console
  • Fixed missing impact VFX for HEAT projectile weapons that impact against leaf physmats.
  • Fixed missing impact VFX for Tandem AT projectiles that impact against helicopter tail boom/engine components.


While some previous hotfixes didn’t require server updates, this one will, however. We hope these fixes will improve your effectiveness in combat over the weekend and we’ll see you out there.

B19.4.2 Released

Hey Squaddies,

We hope you enjoyed your weekend and are ready to dust off those boots once more as we deploy some more fixes for you.

In today’s update you can expect:

  • More performance fixes for AMD users.
  • A final fix for whitelisted mod servers to correctly appear in the server browser.
  • Added a fix for the EAC index.

Beta 19.4.1.43 Released

Hey squaddies,

Hotfix 19.4.1.43 is here. From here on out we’ll be utilizing a new naming convention for builds to make them a little clearer, with this full build number being B19.4.1.43.30493 and the last build renamed to B19.4.0.37.

As part of this hotfix we’ve made these changes:
  • The first pass of fixes for AMD users, these are still work in progress as we continue working on further fixes.
  • Optimizations to the Artillery and Mortar impacts
  • VFX optimizations to the heli rotor wash
  • Fixed a performance issue caused by the healing/bleeding icons
  • Fixed Whitelisted modded servers not appearing in the server browser


There are a few more fixes for AMD users we are currently working on and hope to have these with you as soon as possible.

Beta 19.4.0.37

Hey squaddies!

We’re pushing out an update that contains some fixes for the server freezes, especially related to garbage collection. Clients and servers can update at their leisure and this update is compatible with Beta 19.4.

Beta 19.4 Released

Hey, squaddies!

We're still hard at work eliminating bugs that cropped up after the Beta 19 release and, with that in mind, we've got another hotfix to help. The fixes included today are:
  • Fixed a client performance issue related to maps using power/telephone cable causing a drop in FPS on Manic-5, Nanisivik, and other maps using the blueprint.
  • Fixed formatting and characters in the server browser. (Welcome back, apostrophes!)
  • Fixed a crash that happened when a client had music volume set to 0% and then reduced global volume below 10%.
  • Fixes for WheelFX, UGL smoke optimization, as well as mortar smoke, and smoke overdraw optimization.Fixed Vehicle Smoke Canister (Curtain) FX visibility beyond 40 meters.
  • Fixed Vehicle Smoke Generator and Vehicle Smoke Canister creating an unintended suppression effect.
  • Improvements to the ability to push client updates without the need for servers to update.
  • Increased FTL spotted marker limit from 1 to 3.

We're still whittling away at the remaining issues, especially those with the SDK, AMD FX, and some Intel Xeon CPUs,  so we should have another update for you soon.
