A new SDNL battlefield has been introduced! Impress the audience with your nautical skills. Fight on the crashed Everstuck and sail your way to victory!

  • Collection Book: Upped "Survived Compound" achievement (1,500 units > 5,000 units)
  • Collection Book: Upped "Survived Gasoline" achievement (1,500 units > 5,000 units)
  • Collection Book: Upped "Survived Village" achievement (10,000 units > 25,000 units)
  • Collection Book: Upped "Survived Nightyard" achievement (10,000 units > 25,000 units)
  • Collection Book: Upped "Ancient Mariner" achievement (1,500 units > 25,000 units)


Bug Fixes
  • Condo: Optimized Teleporters extensively
  • Attempted fix for Rocket Launcher explosion crash on AMD cards in Hinderance
  • Collection Book: Fixed Ball Race - Oasis stats being missing from the stat page
  • Collection Book: Fixed "Mastered Village" not being diamond tier achievement (from 10,000 units > 25,000 units)
  • Collection Book: Fixed "The Mysterious Desert Whales" not being bronze tier achievement (from 5,000 units > 1,500 units)
  • SDNL: Fixed prop kills only being counted for the host

It's time for another art contest!

There's no theme this time. The submission just needs to be related to Tower Unite!

Johanna worked on re-arranging, re-sizing, and re-shaping the boardwalk to accommodate future attractions. She also worked on the Bumper Cars building, added a beach to the boardwalk area, remodeled the support structures, and added new railings.

Joshua continued working on the new workshop skeleton, working on porting over the existing animations to the new skeleton. He also worked on figuring out IK and shoulder / proportion adjustments.

macdguy worked on implementing achievements for Containership, fixed bugs with the collection book, optimized teleporters, and started working on a subtitle system for when voice lines are added.

madmijk continued working on MIDI support.

Nuclearxpotato worked on some new holiday items.

Sketchman continued working on optimizations.

Wheezwer continued working on textures for the Thanksgiving scarfs, as well as working on event icons for the weekend events.

Will worked on music for Containership.

The results of the community vote are in!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the vote! There were 90 responses this time!

There was also a 2 way tie for 5th place, so both got the prize.

Our Halloween events for 2023 are ongoing!

Today we released a small hotfix fixing some small bugs, as well as adding a new music track to Dark Voyage and some small gameplay changes with the Boardwalk games.

Johanna worked on getting the Bumper Cars ready for the Boardwalk, as well as working on other future games.

macdguy worked on fixing up bugs to be released in the hotfix.

Sketchman continued working on backend optimizations, as well as fixing up old achievement icons and making new ones for upcoming maps.

This update addresses several bugs from the new update.

  • Dark Voyage: New Hell music track by Will
  • Boardwalk - Milk Jug Toss: Reduced payouts a little bit (10% decrease)
  • Boardwalk - Balloon Pop: Decreased game start wait time from 10 seconds to 4 seconds
  • Arcade - Meteoroid Mania: Added another meteoroid ball


Bug Fixes
  • Fixed names not always showing on server lists/condo list
  • Boardwalk: Added measures to prevent griefing
  • Boardwalk - Splash Blasterz: Fixed water effects not showing up on low effects setting
  • Boardwalk - Milk Jug Toss: Fixed milk jugs being counted twice sometimes
  • Condo: Fixed Dragon Egg not finishing opening animations when the dragon is revealed to be a Shadow Dragon
  • Condo: Fixed Hidden Seat not having edit option
  • Game Ports: Fixed map scoreboard option existing

Our Halloween events for 2023 are ongoing! Last week, we released the second phase of the Halloween events, which brought with it the new Boardwalk Carnival with 4 mini-games, some new items, and more. You can read all about that update here.

Johanna finished working on the art for the Boardwalk Carnival.

macdguy released the Boardwalk Carnival and worked on fixing issues that arose with the initial release.

Wheezwer worked on art for the upcoming boardwalk attractions.

Lifeless worked on a new Ball Race map, Eruption. All the basic level design has been completed, and he is currently working on art.
