Hot Fix 0.14.1.4

This update addresses several bugs and adds new upgrades, gameplay changes to various game worlds, and features requested by the community.

Changes
  • End of Anniversary Events
  • Minigolf: Waterhole - 18: Improved cart spline
  • Minigolf: Updated Ink/Slime Ball, Earth Ball, and Moon Ball upgrade sounds
  • Halloween remains no longer show up in the collection book
  • ZM: Werewolves now give 250pts per kill, instead of 50pts
  • ZM: Ghosts & Pumpkinheads now give 75pts per kill, instead of 50pts
  • ZM: Melee weapons now glow purple instead of blue to differentiate from ranged weapons
  • Ball Race: Added respawn key support


Bug Fixes
  • ZM: Fixed turret colliding with players
  • Arcade: Fixed buttons not animating properly
  • Arcade: Fixed Snow In achievement icon using the wrong icon

[h2]Update 0.14.1.4[/h2]
We're working on the finishing touches for Update 0.14.1.4, which will bring the end of the Anniversary events, as well as some small bug fixes. Read more about this update here.

[h2]Update 0.14.2.0 - Arcade: Phase 2[/h2]
Work is also progressing on Update 0.14.2.0, which will bring Phase 2 of the Arcade, the new Fresh Store, a Plaza Update, and many other changes and bug fixes. Read more about this update here.

[h2]May 2021 Condo Contest Begins![/h2]
This month's contest has no theme! You can build a structure or decorate any Condo, so long as you start working on it after this post is made (and follow the rules).

The contest ends May 31st, 2021 at 11:00 AM CST!

1st Place will win 2,000,000 units, 2nd place will win 1,000,000 units, 3rd place will win 500,000 units, and all participants may be awarded 100,000 units!

We've created a forum post asking the community for suggestions on how we can improve gameplay for players with certain conditions such as colorblindness, dyslexia, or anything else that might affect a players ability to use the standard presentation and controls of the game.

[h2]April 2021 Condo Contest Begins![/h2]
As we're celebrating the 5th anniversary of Tower Unite this month, the theme for this month's condo contest is "party"! Design a condo fit for a party. To help with this, the Anniversary update will also include new party themed items, but you can feel free to use whatever items you like.

This contest will end on April 31st, 2021. First place winner will take home at least 1,000,000 units, and all participants may be rewarded 75,000 units! You can read the details here.

macdguy added the ability to toggle the base of the "Canvas Statue" item, increased the scale limit from 0.25 to 0.001 on the Gizmo, and made the Copycat tool no longer copy the scale of an item by default.

macdguy slowed down the camera transition when crouching. He worked on organizing items that weren't properly categorized, along with adding key binding support to Redo/Undo, as well as adding UI elements for them. He also added a new feature to Zombie Massacre, zombies can now randomly drop additional points for players to collect when killed.

Madmijk worked on fixing crashes.

Sketchman continued working on backend server improvements and optimizations.

Wheezwer continued worked on concept art for the Appearance Store and Bowling NPCs.
