The Tale of a Squire

Argantor's only squire was Leo, a young man who captivated the knight with his character and unbending will. The warrior therefore took him on as an apprentice, and eventually initiated him into the rank of squire. Leo idolized Argantor and dreamed of fighting alongside him, but in the final battle, he was sent with a report and escaped death.

After Argantor's death, Leo became disillusioned with knighthood and decided to devote himself to peace, even though the knight personally trained him in swordsmanship. Instead of fighting, he dedicated his life to charity, founding hospices for the elderly and crippled veterans.

Leo went down in history not as a warrior, but as a great humanist. His sons, on the other hand, became knights, but none of them could surpass Leo's fame—the most humane squires in the history of Erikuria.

The Story of Pike

Argantor was aided in battle not only by his horse but also by a war hound named Pike. He was more than just a beast, but a formidable companion, capable of dragging riders from their saddles and tearing the tendons of warhorses.

On the fateful day when demons felled Argantor, Pike was gravely wounded and thrown into the thicket. He survived and was able to return to the battlefield. There, he found the body of his fallen master. The dog accompanied the body to the capital, and then remained to guard its resting place near the tomb until its death.

The dog has long since died of old age, and no one guards the body of the great Argantor. However, today, those who dare approach the tomb at night hear a quiet, menacing growl. However, there have been no guard dogs at the tomb for many years.

Argantor's Helmet

Argantor's Helmet, forged from a shard of a fallen star, was the knight's greatest hope. Chronicles say it withstood any blow, as if Argantor's will had woven itself into the metal, making it invulnerable.

After the knight's death, the helmet was placed in a tomb. But legends claim that Argantor's will was so imprinted on the metal that it gave it its own soul. When disaster threatens the kingdom, the helmet miraculously appears on the altar, as if offering its protection.

It is said that whoever wears it gains not only invulnerability but also Argantor's mastery. However, the price is high: the knight's will will subjugate the will of the wearer, striving for one goal—the salvation of the kingdom. But that's just a legend... right?
