UI Changes

[p]In this small update, I've decided to update the Netscan UI. It's now larger so you can get a better look at all the terrifying anomalies that await you. Additionally, an animated Seal of Solomon has been added to the background, which should better safeguard users from leaks of supernatural forces. I think this design better reflects what Dingir OS is all about, and I will continue to strive to improve the game's quality! Thank you for your attention.
